Production workshop
In our 12,000 m² of workshops we prefabricate the metal frame elements. Our know-how enables us to offer you large-span Welded Plate Girder or Lattice structures.
Production : Equipped with latest-generation CNC machines, the production of the profiles and metal sheets is programmed upstream by the design office and then transferred directly to the CNC equipment.
Assembly : The assembly and welding of the metal frame parts are carried out by our qualified and experienced personnel. The profiles and metal sheets are shotblasted before assembly to optimise welding quality and paint adherence.
Painting : In a dedicated hall complying with standards, we apply the paints with a compressed air paint gun. The systematic shotblasting of the parts guarantees superior painting quality.
