Building site characteristics :
Daussy Steel Constructions completed the construction of a 25-meter double-bay storage building for SDM in Pecquencourt (59) in 2023. The 2,850-square-meter building is composed of two bays, each 25 meters wide and 54 meters long. It is equipped with rails for a 5-ton overhead crane. A floor-equipped office building is also present. The 100-ton steel frame is composed of welded built-up section (PRS) portals for long spans. This project provided SDM with a new storage space for its logistics activity.
